It’s Not Easy Being Teensy

Malls are now making a comeback, thanks to today’s teens . . . and malls are returning the favor by BANNING THEM (the most gangsta adult thing ever). Mall owners say they want the kids to spend money, but many of them are just creating havoc. In fact some malls and the stores inside, have been banning shoppers under 18 without an adult chaperone. These policies aren’t new, but it IS a tricky strategy, because mall owners need young shoppers. Malls spent twenty years begging people to come back, and now they’re shocked the people who showed up are teenagers. That’s like leaving pizza out and getting mad at raccoons.
