McDonald’s Wants To Take You Down Memory Lane

If you have fond memories of McDonald’s from when you were a kid (before you cared about your health). Starting next Tuesday, McDonald’s will have an “Adult Happy Meal” called “The McDonaldland Meal,” which is a throwback to all those classic McDonalds characters. It’ll feature a limited-edition Mt. McDonaldland Shake in a “surprise flavor,” with your choice of a Quarter Pounder or 10-piece Chicken McNuggets, fries, and a “collectible souvenir” (like postcards, stickers, and other treats). Now, be prepared to have your mind blown! A former McDonald’s advertising exec has spilled the beans on what Grimace is. He’s NOT a random purple blob, or a purple milkshake. Grimace is supposed to be . . . a TASTEBUD. I did NOT see that coming!
