The “Tiny Victories” That Make Millennials Feel They’ve “Arrived”

People like to joke about Millennials (folks born between 1981-1996), but like ‘em or not, they’ve FINALLY arrived (at like age 35? 40?). Some Millennials online were talking about “The signs that you ‘made it’ as a millennial”. Here are some of the best responses (and I hate to admit, these are pretty good no matter how old you may be) . . . :

  1. “Finally upgrading from a full-size bed to a new king bed.”
  2. “Being able to put your bills on auto-pay” (that’s a pretty good threshold).
  3. “Having a ‘drink fridge’ in the garage.”
  4. “Keeping a house plant alive for months.”
  5. “Hiring movers instead of asking friends.”

One Millennial said, “A buddy and I got $40 worth of quarters, and beat the old Ninja Turtles arcade game” (I’m not sure this is the BEST example of “MAKING IT” but I’m not judgin’ . . . yes I am) .
