Woman Goes Viral for Her Dr Pepper Jingle, So They Used It for a Commercial

Here’s some encouraging news for those of you who like to sing in the shower, a woman posted a short video on social media last month, of her singing a new “theme song” for Dr Pepper. It wasn’t an elaborate production, just her dinking around singing, “Dr Pepper baby.  It’s good and nice.  Doo, doo, doo.” The video went viral attracted over 42 million views, Dr. Pepper saw it, and commented, “Hold on . . . you might be onto something.” This week, they unveiled a new commercial featuring the song, and it even uses the woman’s voice over instrumental beats that emphasize the song lyrics.
