Drugs, Guns Seized During Multi-Agency Operation

On February 9, 2026, the Seneca County Drug Task Force – METRICH Enforcement Unit, in coordination with the Fostoria Police Department, Seneca County SRT, Tiffin Police Department, Adult Parole Authority, Seneca County Sheriff’s Office, Hancock County Drug Task Force, and Hancock County SRT, executed simultaneous search warrants at four locations in the City of Fostoria.
The warrants were served at:
- 901 Cory St. – residence of Marcel Fuller, 27 YOA
- 227 W. Jackson St. – residence of Joe Esquivel, 22 YOA
- 515 W. Culbertson St. – residence of Florentino Rodriguez, 34 YOA
- 1235 N. Union St. – residence of Dion Tey Jr., 29 YOA
Authorized by Judge Damon Alt of the Seneca County Common Pleas Court, the searches resulted in the seizure of a significant amount of cash, suspected cocaine, and multiple firearms.
Arrests included Mr. Tey for Tampering with Evidence and Weapons Under Disability, and Mr. Rodriguez for a Parole Violation. Additional charge for Weapons Under Disability, Criminal Tools, Trafficking in Cocaine, and Conspiracy—are pending for all involved parties.
“This operation highlights the strong multi-agency collaboration within Seneca County and the METRICH region,” said Chief Gabe Wedge of the Fostoria Police Department. “We remain committed to long-term investigations and proactive enforcement to disrupt the drug networks impacting our communities.”
